Our after-hours staff are rostered in shifts to ensure that all emails are replied to within 60 minutes from 8am-10pm, 7 days a week (excluding Public Holidays).

We can still process Visa and MasterCard purchases over the telephone – and, if you don’t want to make a toll call, we can phone you to process your credit card details (landlines only, we can not provide a free service to mobile phones).

 Don’t have a credit card? No problem, we also accept payment via bank deposit and internet transfers.

 We will have our new e-commerce website (bigger, better, and more user-friendly) up and running very soon.
