Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept multiple payment methods, including ….
Bank deposit
Include reference number (provided at checkout) on all bank deposits so we can clearly identify your payment.
Cash
NZ currency only. Cash will only be accepted at our office where you have arranged to collect and pay for your purchase (for your security, please do not send cash via Post or Courier).
Cheque
We accept all personal or business cheques. However, goods will only be shipped once your cheque has been cleared (usually 2-4 business days).
Credit card
We accept Visa and MasterCard, and do not charge any fees for using a credit card. You can use your credit card in our secure website, or if you prefer, you can provide credit card details over the phone.
EFTPOS
We accept all EFTPOS transactions at our office, including Visa and MasterCard.
Internet transfer
Include reference number (provided at checkout) on all internet transfers so we can clearly identify your payment.
Lay-by
Lay-by can be arranged for purchases over $150.00 - goods are delivered after we have received the full purchase price. We request a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 or 10% (whichever is greater). The remaining balance can be paid over either 4, 8, or 12 equal weekly payments. If the lay-by is not completed, your non-refundable deposit is retained as a restocking fee, and the balance refunded to you.
