Rest of North Island $8.50
South Island $8.50
However, "bulk freight" items incur a higher shipping cost – usually due to the large size and/or weight. If you are ordering a bulk freight item, please feel free to contact us so we can quote the exact shipping cost depending on your delivery location.
Do you charge extra for rural delivery?
No. (except bulk freight items, as advised above).
Do you charge extra for purchasing multiple items?
No. All items ordered at the same time, and delivered to the same address are combined to save on delivery costs (except bulk freight items, as advised above).
When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched every business day (Mon-Fri, except public holidays).
Orders are dispatched only after full payment has been received and confirmed.
Confirmed orders received before 10am each weekday, will be dispatched that day.
Confirmed orders received after 10am, will be dispatched the next business day.
Typical delivery times are:
Auckland Region 1-2 business days
Rest of North Island 1-2 business days
South Island 1-3 business days
Rural delivery 2-3 business days
If your order has not arrived after three business days, please contact us, so we can trace the delivery.
Which courier company do you use?
We use CourierPost and NZ Couriers as our primary courier companies. In some areas, your order may be sub-contracted to another courier company.
All orders are delivered by signature required "track and trace" courier.
Can you deliver to a PO Box?
Unfortunately, no - all courier deliveries require a signature as proof of delivery, which can not be obtained by a courier when delivering to a PO Box.
Do you deliver to an address outside of New Zealand?
At this time, we do not provide delivery outside of New Zealand.
