Refunds & Returns
Refunds and returns will fall under either of the two following policies - faulty products or non-faulty products.
1. FAULTY PRODUCTS
1.1 Faulty products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which commences from the date of invoice.
1.2 Where a product is faulty, first consult the product documentation included with the product – the included documentation will usually specify the procedure required for warranty claims – such procedures will usually indicate whether you should contact the manufacturer or Acroleap Systems in order to process the warranty.
2. NON-FAULTY PRODUCTS
2.1 Non-faulty products will be refunded at the discretion of Acroleap Systems.
2.2 Any claims for a refund will only be considered if the product is returned to Acroleap Systems within 10 days from the date of invoice.
2.3 Where we accept a product return, a refund will only be processed if the returned product is unopened, in pristine condition, and includes all packaging, manuals and accessories.
2.4 Where we accept a product return, and issue a refund – any refund will be subject to a restocking fee of upto 25% of the original purchase price, to cover any costs or losses incurred by Acroleap Systems.
2.5 Some products are non-returnable (usually due to the manufacturer's stipulations), unless the product is faulty (which is covered by warranty under section one above). These non-returnable products may include (but not limited to) – memory products, computer software, any product specified as "non-returnable", end-of-line specials, clearance items.
3. RETURNS PROCEDURE
3.1 Where a product is accepted by Acroleap Systems for return, the following policies apply ….
3.1a Acroleap Systems will issue a Returns Authorisation number and return instructions (RA). All further communication must include the issued RA.
3.1b The issued RA is valid for 10 days. Any return not received after 10 days from the date of issue of the RA will not be accepted.
